There are lot many things for which we use this phrase “Let it go”like if we are invaded by negative thought we say do not cling to it “Let it go”.If we are invaded by anger we say do not take toxic bath “Let it go”. But the point is as it is very easy to say “Let it go” is that so easy to practice “Let it go”.If not how to make it easy?
On an average every human being have Fifty to sixty thousand thoughts per day,out of which 75 -80 percent thoughts are negative.How will you make “Let it go” an easy practice?

We need to practice “Let it go” in two situations:
- During invasion of negative thoughts
- During invasion of anger
How to practice ” Let it go” during these two situations?
1.During invasion of negative thoughts : As we know now that 75-80 percent thoughts are negative and our brain has habit to cling to them.Give message to your subconscious mind continuously for seven days that whenever negative thought will invade,I’ll not think about and cling to it.
2.During invasion of anger:As I’ve shared with you that the average person gets angry about three to four times in a day.During anger time you should take right turn and leave the place immediately to make “Let it go”.
‘Let it go” because Life is all about searching good things and good times.
